Submission Overview
We welcome manuscript submissions for the Meditari Leeds Conference 2026.
All submissions undergo rigorous double-blind peer review by a minimum of two independent referees.
We accept research across all accounting traditions — positive, interpretive, and critical.
Required Documents
Authors must submit two separate documents:
- Anonymous Manuscript — The full-length paper formatted according to our stylistic guidelines, with no identifying author information
- Cover Page — A separate title page containing:
- Paper title
- Author names and surnames
- University affiliations for each author
- Corresponding author's email address
File Requirements
- File format: DOC or DOCX only
- Maximum file size: 10 MB
- Papers must be previously unpublished
- Authors must secure third-party copyright permissions in advance
Stylistic Guidelines
Please follow these formatting requirements when preparing your manuscript:
- Use Times New Roman, 12pt font throughout
- Double-spaced with 2.54 cm (1 inch) margins on all sides
- Include an abstract of no more than 250 words
- Provide 5-7 keywords below the abstract
- Use APA 7th edition referencing style
- Number all pages consecutively
- Tables and figures should be embedded within the text
- Ensure the manuscript is free of author-identifying information for blind review
Review Process
All submissions are subject to a rigorous review process:
- Initial editorial screening for scope and quality
- Double-blind peer review by minimum two independent referees
- Authors notified of decisions within 6-8 weeks of submission deadline
- Abstracts published publicly; full proceedings restricted to conference participants
- Authors retain full publication rights after the conference
