In collaboration with IAAER — 3–4 September 2026, Leeds University Business School
This year we are delighted to be hosted by Leeds University Business School on 3–4 September 2026, in collaboration with the International Association for Accounting Education & Research (IAAER). The conference will take place at the Maurice Keyworth Building, Moorland Road, Leeds LS6 1AN.
The Centre functions as a research forum exploring accounting and auditing within broad social and political contexts, focusing on issues of sustainability and historical perspectives. We address 21st-century challenges in corporate reporting, ecological accounting, assurance, and governance while welcoming research across multiple traditions — positive, interpretive, and critical approaches. All papers undergo double-blind peer review by a minimum of two independent referees.
